This sign up is for students not enrolled in our after school program
- Open Monday Dec 30, Thursday Jan 2, Friday Jan 3
- **Tuesday Dec 31 - we are open until 1pm
- Drop off begins at 7:30 am / Pick up is by 6:30pm
- STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LUNCH.
- Cost - $45-1 day, $85-2 days, $110-3 days, $130-4 days
- **On Dec 31st - pizza lunch will be included!
Payments are non-refundable after Dec 13.
We are unable to accept children with special needs due to staff training. Thank you for understanding.
You must bring the following paperwork if your child is not currently enrolled at Minds in Motion or they have not attended within the past 6 months.
