2025-2026 AFTER SCHOOL Registration

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE A FINALIZED ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION DOCUMENT. Registration documents will be sent through Brightwheel. This is the program we use for all accounts and it is required for all enrolled children.
Please submit two orders if registering children at different schools.
For children at the same school, update quantity.
25-26 School Year Program Details
Ages: Kindergarten through 8th grade
Hours: Pick up from school until 6:30 pm
After School Program rates are as follows:
- $85 per child per week for picking up from a designated school.
- A sibling discount of 10% is offered on weekly tuition when two or more children residing at the same residence are enrolled. Sibling discount is applied to the
- A $20 discount is given for students enrolled at Lakeland Highlands Middle School.
- A $20 discount is given for students not utilizing the pick-up option and will provide transportation to Minds in Motion.
- Discounts cannot be combined. This includes siblings and $20/$10 discounts.
- Tuition includes care on most full day teacher planning days and early release days
- Tuition is due Monday every week regardless of attendance.

- Each child is offered 2 vacation weeks per school year. This means August through May. These can used during a regular school week, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, or Spring Break. You must submit a vacation request form to receive credit on your account.
WAIT LIST - For schools currently full you can sign up on the wait list. Please include your child's school in the wait list field on the form. We will contact you if a spot becomes available.
